Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on AI Anime Creator, including one-time credit packs and any memberships we may offer. It should be read with our Terms of Service and the prices shown on the Pricing page.
AI Anime Creator uses credits to generate anime characters, images, and videos.
Credit packs (one-time purchases)
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used.
We do not refund credits that have already been consumed to generate content. Partial refunds for a pack are generally not available once any credits from that pack have been used, except for billing errors described below.
Purchased credits do not expire. Unused eligible credits remain available until you use them or receive an approved refund.
Memberships
If we offer memberships, they are recurring subscriptions and renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
Canceling stops future charges. Unless required by law or listed as an exception below, we do not refund the unused portion of the current membership period after a renewal has been billed.
Exceptions
We may still refund or adjust a charge if:
- you were billed twice for the same purchase;
- an unauthorized charge was made on your account;
- a pricing or system error charged the wrong amount;
- a verified outage or defect on our side prevented you from using credits you paid for.
How to request a refund
Email support@aianimecreator.com and include:
- the email on your AI Anime Creator account;
- order or payment date and amount;
- whether the request is for a credit pack or a membership;
- a short description of the issue.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can match the refund to your account. Chargebacks opened without first contacting us may lead to account suspension while we investigate.
We aim to review requests within several business days. Approved refunds typically appear according to your payment provider’s timeline.
